Sola Flowers:
*Note: Unable to distinguish which are preserved / sola flowers, hesitate not to reach us anytime!
Material:
Sola Flowers - Handmade from natural materials, shavings from tapioca or balsa tree bark. As each is handmade, no two are exactly alike. Some brown veining or occasional small holes maybe found on some of the flowers due to the texture of the bark of a tree.
Approx measurements:
Sola flower head: ~2" - 5" across in respective descriptions
Two sizes: ~H20cm / ~H28cm
Colors: A complimentary color will be selected by florist basis on selected flowers. For specific color choices, kindly contact us via email / +65 8784 5750.

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and safety of our delivery agents, we reserve the right to turn down deliveries to high-risk areas such as hospitals, clinics or identified COVID-19 clusters.
Also, measures are implemented to adhere to social distancing guidelines and at-best contactless delivery:
1. No signature required by recipient upon delivery
2. All flower deliveries will be placed outside the door for all recipients

Our delivery service is available 6 days a week (excluding Sundays and certain Public Holidays).
Cut-off times for placing orders for delivery are as follows:
Monday to Sundays (including public holidays):
- Order before 12 noon; earliest delivery next day after 10am.
- Order after 5pm; earliest delivery next day after 5pm.
Delivery timing:
(i) 10am - 5pm
(iii) 5pm - 9pm
If a specific delivery time is required please contact us at contact@floralmikelle.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
Whilst all care will be taken to ensure delivery within these allotted time frames, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic situations that are out of our control. If a delivery cannot be made within the designated timeframe due to fault of our own, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery at the earliest possible time at no additional charge.
Delivery charges:
Free next day delivery within above mentioned delivery timings. For specific delivery time, delivery charges at SGD15.00 flat per delivery applies to 1 (one) product only. For purchases of multiple products to one delivery address, additional charges may apply, depending on the size of your order. Delivery charges are for one (1) delivery attempt only.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery and to ensure that the recipient will be available to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Please provide the recipients real name where he/she can be identified at the delivery location.
Should the delivery be unsuccessful the order will be returned to our atelier and a second delivery will only be attempted after additional delivery fee and correct information is provider by the sender.
International delivery is not available.
